Complaints Infrastructure and Tutor Motivation in Public Teacher Training Colleges in the Eastern Region of Kenya

Complaints resolution has been highlighted as a good management tool because where complaints are adequately managed, the motivation of tutors is increased, and institution's performance enhanced. Performance Public Teacher Training Colleges in national examinations declining at an alarming rate, pointing to possible low levels among tutors. Sampling purposive PTTCs committees, while stratified random sampling used sample A total 185 respondents participated sampled using Krecjie Morgan table sampling. Pearson's Coefficient establish link between variables. found out that there positive correlation college having R= 0.982 P-value 0.000 1% (0.01). recommended need nurture culture providing requisite infrastructure.
